All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Please note this is our processing time and does not include shipping time.

We offer a mix of ready-to-ship pieces and made-to-order items. Custom colors and seasonal drops are created just for you, so they may require a little extra time before shipping.

Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow it every step of the way.

Orders are shipped using a trusted carrier such as UPS or USPS.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout—we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. Once your package has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered.
